SlimNC adds a pre-iOS 7 styled Notification Center back to your iPad. Nothing more, nothing less. Known issues range from jumpy animations to rotation being odd inside apps (SpringBoard works fine). This tweak has only been tested on iOS 9 by me, and I can't guarantee it will work on anything lower. I also have not tested any Notification Center tweaks alongside SlimNC yet, and I can guarantee some tweaks will cause visual issues.
